When you report a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (Settings → About). A screenshot helps a lot.

Bring your books

Export a CSV from Goodreads or StoryGraph, then import it in Endpaper from Settings. You can also add books by scanning the barcode, searching by title or author, or typing them in.

iCloud sync

iCloud sync is free and on by default. Your books sync through your own private iCloud, so make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device. You can turn sync off in the app's settings.

Endpaper Pro

• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Subscription in the app, or in your Apple Account settings.
• Bought Pro on another device? Tap Restore on the Pro screen.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If Pro ends, your reading data stays in the app.

Backups

You can export a backup of your library from the app's settings and save it wherever you like.

Remove your subscription records

Email us with the user ID shown in Settings → Subscription. See the Privacy Policy for details.
